It should be by default. I have uninstaller the device and when it asks for the driver I send it to the correct driver but it doesn’t recognise it as the correct driver. Thank you for your time. I installed the drivers that came with the mobo and nothing, i downloaded the drivers available on the ASUS website and still nothing. You also need to have the motherboard drivers installed correctly. Yesterday I put together a new box for my mum, and the only issue is i can’t get any sound out of it. Double check and make sure the sound is enabled in the BIOS.

Does it reboot or asus m2n-mx se audio up a BSOD? It should be by default. You might even have to use the “Have Disk” option for this to work and browse to where your drivers CD is and the associated file that is needed. And are you using this? And are those asjs drivers The link I gave the drivers you downloaded, then installed? I tried this again and every other combination and still not solved.

No sound what so ever from the front panel or the back of the mobo. You also need to have the motherboard drivers installed correctly. Also can you take a screen shot m2n-mz your Device Manager for me? Ill try this again, Did you have to install any drivers after this was done? I tried many things, but in the end, found that by reinstall of windows, and installing the Audio drivers first, Asus m2n-mx se audio was able to get it working.
